Campus Recruitment/Youth Program Coordinator
Overview
The Campus Recruitment/Youth Program Coordinator focuses on building pipelines of talent to attract a diverse array of students and entry level candidates. Seeking a strategic, innovative professional who can deliver a personalized candidate experience and hire the top early career talent. This role will partner with Talent Acquisition and operational leaders throughout the system to develop a robust campus recruitment strategy, on campus and virtually, for undergraduate students. Management of recruitment metrics and sharing market data and best practices will ensure ongoing success. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to impact the business as a strategic recruitment partner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and recruitment, HR or significant university career services experience required. Experience building and managing school, college or university relationships. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.
Strong project management skills to plan, manage and implement campus events. Must have the ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles (up to 50% travel).Proven team player with excellent verbal, written/presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Results oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills. Relentless drive to find and hire top campus talent.
Proficient skills in various technologies (Microsoft office, CRM, etc) Ability to proactively assess and translate business needs into creative hiring strategies.
