Location: Pinehurst, North Carolina Facility: 10 - MRH/Corporate Department: LABORATORY-CLINICAL Schedule: Casual Part-Time: under 20 hrs/wk Shift: Varied Shifts Hours: Variable, starting at 4am. rotates every other weekend plus holidays and on call rotation. weekday and other shifts may be available. Position Summary

Obtains specimens for a variety of tests and procedures to be used in diagnosis and treatment of disease.  Provides patient education on collection procedures.  Performs registration for specimens not collected by laboratory personnel.  Performs and results waived level lab testing. 

Qualifications

 Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Completion of Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy or equivalent training from an accredited program. ASCP certification or equivalent required.
