Physical Therapist (Acute Care)
Position Summary
FH offers an opportunity to work in a growing hospital system striving to provide the best care for patients. As a therapist within the organization, you may be asked to treat patients with a variety of ailments providing evaluation and treatment on units including, but not limited to orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonology, oncology, critical care, emergency medicine, behavioral health, NICU/pediatrics, general medicine, and general surgery. You will also have access to professional development opportunities, formal and informal mentorship, continuing education resources, and a free gym membership for your own mental and physical health. Our therapy team consists of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language pathology with staff from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, multiple board-certified specialists, who are eager to provide exceptional, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
Education/formal training/licensure/certification/experience:
• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program with either BS, MS or
Doctorate degree
• Valid licensure with the State of North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy.
