We are actively searching for an experienced Intensivist to become a valuable part of our team. We will also consider 2024 fellows. Opportunity Highlights: 

• Practice at FirstHealth’s flagship campus – 402 bed acute care regional referral center. 

• 100% inpatient. Medical, cardiac, and surgical ICU. 

• Collegial team of seasoned providers. 

• 2 Physicians and 2 APPs per shift, manageable census. Swing shift support. Nights covered by experienced APP.  Employed PRN staff available for coverage.

Qualifications: 

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency program 

• Board Certification in Critical Care through ABMS or AOA 

• Previous Intensivist experience (post-fellowship) preferred 

• Clean background, unrestricted NC medical license and NC DEA 

• ACLS certification
