Position Summary

Responsibilities
Outpatient Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Summary
- Cutting edge diagnostic services that include Super Dimensional Bronchoscopy, Endobronchial Ultrasound Bronchoscopy (EBUS),Bed side bronchoscopy, and Bronchial Thermoplasty.
- Pulmonary Function testing
- Obtaining and running arterial blood gases
- preop CABG teachings
- Delivery of small volume nebulizers.
- Oxygen & Aerosol Therapy .
- Assist with airway management in some case
Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapy requirements:
- Graduate of an approved respiratory care technology program with a current North Carolina Respiratory Care license,
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or CRT credential, RRT preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of current clinical respiratory care experience preferred.
- Clinical life safety certification requirements must be achieved prior to the end of the probationary/training period include: ACLS, PALS and NRP. Adult critical care experience is preferred
