Security Engineer
Overview
The Security Engineer is a key contributor to the network and information security systems that are core to the data infrastructure of FirstHealth of the Carolinas.The Security Engineer will work with technical staff, IS management and key personnel from other departments to identify, develop, implement and support cost-effective and functional data and network security solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Two-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Communications or Information Assurance, or equivalent combination of education and advanced industry experience.
Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible work experience and/or competencies with the following: implementing, maintaining, and monitoring network security equipment/solutions, including Firewalls, VPNs, NACs, NIPS and HIPS, SIEM solutions, Proxy/Web Filtering management. Advanced degree in Information Technology field may be considered in lieu of some work experience.
Certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and working towards a Cisco professional level certification in security, an equivalent non-vendor specific security-based certification, or significant additional advanced experience in this area.Certification in one of the following professional-level certifications is a plus:
- CCNP Security or CyberOps Professional

- Physician - Hospitalist - Moore Regional Hospital 10 - MRH/Corporate HOSPITALIST SERVICES
- Nurse Manager 17 - MRH-Hoke Campus OPERATING ROOM
