Overview
Be able to uses an appropriate problem-solving approach to plan services. Provide service with consideration of the recipient's needs. Uses equipment/supplies correctly . Uses appropriate safety and infection control measures. Assist where needed.
Responsibilities
Preparation and delivery of dietary trays to patient utilizing diet lists. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the department. Transports Trays. Assists in cleaning and washing dishes. Assist in serving in the Bistro Area.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or G.E.D. Significant experience in institutional food service will be considered in lieu of formal education.
(1) Year experience in kitchen/food service in healthcare setting preferred.
