Responsible for obtaining the required information necessary to register, admit or discharge patients in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the established policies and procedures.



High School diploma or GED, and associate degree in business-related field or 4 years business office experience with healthcare office environment experience are preferred.  Must type at least 35 to 40 wpm.  Computer skills required.  Medical terminology preferred.
