We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Radiology Student to join our dynamic team and contribute to our high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist Imaging Technologists: Support imaging technologists by transporting patients, providing patient care, and positioning patients for imaging exams based on your competency level.
- Report Management: Help with the disposition of imaging reports, ensuring accurate and timely handling.
- Maintain Patient Rooms: Stock patient rooms with necessary linens and supplies, and ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized between patients.
- Patient Interaction: Engage with patients to provide comfort and support during their imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the radiology department.
Qualifications
- Education: Must be in the last semester of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
- Competency: Completed or in the process of completing competencies in extremity, chest, abdomen, and spine imaging.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to Care: A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to our mission to "care for people."
Must be in the last semester of an accredited Radiology Technology program. Has completed or is the process of completing competencies in extremity, chest, abdomen, and spine work.
