Customer Service Associate
Overview
Customer Service Associate works at the front desk at the facility. Provides customer service to the members and prospecting members. Customer Service Associates (CSA's) at Sanford will also work in the Kids Center in the mornings and afternoons.
Responsibilities
Sign up members in Jonas Software. Able to schedule members for programming. Able to provide customer service to members and prospects. Accommodates members and guest with special needs as they enter and leave the center. Provides service and information to members and quests regarding membership and fees. Gives prospective members a tour of facility. Registers participants for various center programs, services and classes. Collects guest fees. Process cash, check and card transactions. Schedules appointments.
Qualifications
Qualifications: High School graduate required. CPR/AED certification required. Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred. Customer service background preferred.
