• Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency in workflows.

• Monitor progress and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement.

• Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team productivity.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Must have National Group Exercise Certification and previous teaching experience.  If applicant does not have National certification, it must be obtained within six months of employment.  Experience is required.
