OP Rehab Patient Services Coordinator based out of Southern Pines Women’s Health Center providing, referral management, scheduling, and other front desk duties for OP Rehab Pelvic Floor Services. We are seeking an individual who excels at multi-tasking, prioritizing job duties and is very organized. Experience in a busy outpatient healthcare office setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include: patient registration, insurance verification and prior authorization, collections, scheduling, health information management and patient education in the management of MyChart (electronic medical record).
Qualifications
- Highschool graduate
- Superior customer services skills
- Ability to float to clinics in Pinehurst, Sanford, Troy, Rockingham and Raeford
- College level classes or experience in healthcare office is preferred
- Can maintain a varied schedule including some Saturdays
