Overview
*Assist with front desk secretarial tasks to include answering the phone, completing referrals, contacting patients/families to provide education on services, scheduling, completing statistics, filing.

- Familiarity with basic office practices and procedures.
- Demonstrates accurate and correct grammar in verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Displays effective organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform several tasks in an organized manner.
- Ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate.
- Associate Degree in Medical Secretarial Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of computer applications and programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Valid North Carolina driver license.
