Join our radiology department as a Divisional Secretary and provide essential secretarial support to the Director of Imaging and other Imaging management. In this role, you will coordinate and monitor scheduling, provide guidance on ADP, and manage supply orders, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities
Secretarial Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director of Imaging and other Imaging management.
Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate and monitor scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
ADP Guidance: Offer guidance and instructions to employees regarding ADP (Automated Data Processing) systems.
Supply Management: Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies necessary for the department's operations.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate required.
Experience: Previous secretarial experience is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Working Conditions
Environment: Primary office environment within the radiology department.
Physical Activity:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed.
