External Maintenance Engineer

Will be working in our freestanding buildings working to prevent systems failures by ensuring that proper preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs are established and functioning properly.  Troubleshoots and repairs building systems to ensure mechanical, plumbing and electrical to building. Work with contractors as necessary to complete construction projects and inspects for any deficiencies and reports to supervisor.

Qualifications:  High School diploma/GED preferred or technical equivalent, plus two (2) years of specialized training in the HVAC medical field.  Training in specific items of equipment such as boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration is desirable.  Must have a valid NC driver's license with a good driving history. Able to interpret technical manuals related to maintenance, blueprints and specifications for installation and maintenance of equipment.
