Location: Pinehurst, North Carolina Facility: 10 - MRH/Corporate Department: MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING Schedule: Casual Part-Time: under 20 hrs/wk Shift: Varied Shifts Hours: as needed Job ID: 2024-16846

Overview

  • Assists with diagnostic imaging and/or other exams

Responsibilities

  • Assists in monitoring the flow of patient activities throughout the department. (i.e. reducing wait time, coordination the completion of exams, responding to patient needs)
  • Assists Radiologic Technologist in performing duties.
  • Transports patients from the department and assists with their lifting and/or positioning.
  • Performs cleaning and organizing duties.
  • Performs clerical function

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Previous experience in healthcare or office setting preferred.
  • Maintains certification in BLS.
