Revenue Cycle Analyst
Responsible for assisting the Reimbursement Director in analyzing of all aspects of the Revenue Cycle and Finance, including Governmental Reimbursement, Managed Care Contracting & Analysis and the performance of the Business Office & Registration areas. Responsible for the completion of various Medicare and Medicaid surveys and reports. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong ability to work independently and part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration related field required. One to three years of healthcare financial analysis experience is preferred. Experience with Medicare Cost reports, and other government surveys and reports is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical skills, and Epic Contract Management Certification is required (can be obtained after hire)
