The successful candidate will be responsible for the Pre Registration of patients.

Responsible for Pre-Registration of pateints including updating demographic and insurance infomation. The successful candiate will be responiable for the collections of copays and financial counseling services, as needed.  Adheres to confidentiality requirements when handling patient's information.

After completing 90 days of onsite training in Pinehurst NC there is an opportunity to work remotely. 

High School diploma/GED required 

In a fast paced ever changing time sensitive environment; multitasking is a must in Pre-Reg world.

Prefer Candidates with: 

• Experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare) with the following skills;
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Effective communication skills 
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of basic computer programs
